Product Trial Returns

If you would like to return units from a product trial, please specify Product Trial Return when filing the support ticket on the F5® Distributed Cloud Console. If your Product Trial return is approved, xF5 will email you an RMA number and instructions of where to ship the trial units. It is your responsibility to coordinate and pay for return shipping back to F5 using the carrier of your choice. F5 recommends that the return package has a tracking number and is insured for the proper value of its contents. F5 is not responsible for packages lost by carriers.
